SECTION 1: DRIVER AGREEMENT (INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT)
1.1 Relationship of Parties
Drivers using the Dryivr platform (“Driver”) acknowledge they are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Dryivr or Reazons Enterprise LLC.
Nothing in this agreement creates:
Employment relationship
Joint venture
Franchise
Drivers are solely responsible for their own business operations.
1.2 Driver Control & Flexibility
Drivers have full control over:
When they go online/offline
Which rides they accept or decline

Dryivr does not guarantee ride volume or earnings.
1.3 Compensation Structure
Drivers earn a percentage of each completed trip fare
Dryivr retains a platform service fee
Bonuses, incentives, or promotions may be offered at Dryivr’s discretion
Payments are processed via third-party providers and may be subject to processing delays.
1.4 Driver Expenses
Drivers are responsible for all expenses, including:
Fuel
Vehicle maintenance
Insurance
Taxes (self-employment taxes included)
Dryivr does not reimburse operational costs unless explicitly stated.
1.5 Taxes
Drivers are independent business operators and are responsible for:
Filing and paying all federal, state, and local taxes
Reporting earnings
Dryivr may issue applicable tax forms (e.g., 1099).
1.6 Driver Deactivation
Dryivr reserves the right to deactivate drivers for:
Low ratings
Safety complaints
Policy violations
Fraud or illegal activity
Deactivation decisions are at Dryivr’s sole discretion.
SECTION 2: COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & SAFETY POLICY
2.1 Respect & Non-Discrimination
All users must:
Treat others with respect
Not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or identity
Violation = immediate removal.
2.2 Zero Tolerance Policy
The following are strictly prohibited:
Violence or threats
Sexual misconduct
Harassment or intimidation
Driving under the influence
Any report may result in permanent ban + law enforcement involvement.
2.3 Rider Responsibilities
Riders must:
Be ready at pickup location
Not damage vehicles
Not bring illegal substances
Fees may apply for damages or excessive mess.
2.4 Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must:
Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
Follow all traffic laws
Provide a professional experience
2.5 Reporting & Investigations
Dryivr may:
Investigate complaints
Suspend accounts during review
Share data with authorities if necessary
SECTION 3: BACKGROUND CHECK & DRIVER SCREENING POLICY
3.1 Initial Screening
All drivers are subject to screening, which may include:
Identity verification
Criminal background check
Driving history (MVR report)
3.2 Ongoing Monitoring
Drivers may be re-screened periodically or after incidents.
3.3 Disqualifying Offenses
Drivers may be denied or removed for:
Violent crimes
Sexual offenses
DUI/DWI
Reckless driving
Fraud or theft
3.4 No Guarantee of Approval
Passing a background check does not guarantee continued access to the platform.
SECTION 4: INSURANCE & LIABILITY
4.1 Driver Insurance Requirement
Drivers must maintain:
Valid personal auto insurance
Any additional rideshare/commercial coverage required by law
Proof must be provided upon request.
4.2 Dryivr Insurance Disclaimer
Dryivr does not guarantee insurance coverage for drivers or riders unless explicitly stated in a separate policy.
Drivers are solely responsible for coverage during:
Offline driving
Online (waiting for rides)
Active trips
4.3 Limitation of Platform Liability
Dryivr is a technology platform only and is not liable for:
Accidents
Injuries
Damages during rides
All liability rests with the driver and/or their insurer.
4.4 Indemnification (Expanded Protection)
Drivers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dryivr and Reazons Enterprise LLC from:
Lawsuits
Claims
Damages arising from driver conduct or negligence
SECTION 5: PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT & FRAUD PREVENTION
5.1 Fraud Monitoring
Dryivr actively monitors for:
Fake rides
Payment manipulation
Account sharing
5.2 Enforcement Actions
Violations may result in:
Account suspension
Permanent ban
Withholding of earnings
Legal action
SECTION 6: EARNINGS, PAYOUTS & DISPUTES
6.1 Earnings Review
Dryivr may review and adjust earnings for:
Errors
Fraud
Chargebacks
6.2 Payment Disputes
All disputes must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe.
Dryivr decisions are final unless required otherwise by law.
SECTION 7: SURGE PRICING & MARKETPLACE DYNAMICS
Dryivr may adjust pricing based on:
Demand
Availability of drivers
Time and location
Prices are not guaranteed and may fluctuate.
SECTION 8: APP USAGE & PLATFORM ACCESS
8.1 License
Dryivr grants users a limited, non-transferable license to use the app.
8.2 Restrictions
Users may not:
Copy or reverse engineer the app
Use bots or automation
Interfere with platform operations
SECTION 9: TERMINATION & ACCOUNT CONTROL
Dryivr may:
Suspend accounts instantly for safety risks
Permanently ban users for violations
Users may stop using the platform at any time.
SECTION 10: LEGAL PROTECTION CLAUSES
10.1 Arbitration
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration.
10.2 Class Action Waiver
Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
SECTION 11: BUSINESS STRUCTURE DISCLOSURE
Dryivr operates under Reazons Enterprise LLC, a multi-division enterprise that includes:
Transportation services (Dryivr)
Media and entertainment ventures
Additional business operations
Each division operates independently, and data is not cross-used without consent.
SECTION 12: FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By using Dryivr, you acknowledge that you:
Understand all risks associated with rideshare services
Agree to all policies, rules, and legal terms
Accept Dryivr as a technology platform only
